He will: • review and make expert comments on allegations, evidence, investigative processes, draft inquiry and investigation reports, proposed sanctions and administrative actions, etc., by telephone calls or email communications or personal visits • write expert reports with analyses of whether allegations, evidence, and findings would fall under the Federal/ORI definition of scientific or research misconduct and would rise to the level (or not) of previous cases and findings by ORI • testify at committee meetings or hearings of committees assigned to evaluate evidence or findings of scientific/ research misconduct, or at depositions or civil trials.
