Dr. Alan R. Price is the world’s expert in:

reviewing allegations and reports of inquiries and investigations involving scientific misconduct or research misconduct, having served from 1989 to 2006 as Scientist-Investigator, Branch Chief, Division Director, and Associate Director for Investigative Oversight, Office of Research Integrity (ORI) for the agencies of the United States Public Health Service (PHS) in the Federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Dr. Price is available with his unique research misconduct expertise to assist:

• counsels
• institutional officials
• and individuals. 

Dr. Price will:  

• review and make expert comments on allegations, evidence, investigative processes, draft inquiry and investigation reports, proposed sanctions and administrative actions, etc., through telephone calls or email communications                                                                                                                                                                 
• write expert reports with analyses of whether allegations, evidence, and findings would fall under the Federal/ORI definition of scientific or research misconduct and whether they would rise to the level (or not) of previous cases and findings by ORI                                                                                                                                                                
• testify at committee meetings or hearings of committees assigned to evaluate evidence or findings of scientific misconduct or research misconduct.
